Let me introduce myself!

I'm Emilie, a chef since 2024 and a lifelong apprentice cook!

I chose to make my passion my profession to pass on my know-how to all "epicurious" to learn and meet during gourmet and friendly cooking workshops.

My story

Cooking has been part of my life since childhood. It's a strong bond I share with my mother, who in turn connected it to her own. As a child, I spent hours by her side, observing, smelling, tasting, and helping her. It was these precious memories that planted the seed of my passion.

 

But before making this passion my career, I spent 10 years in business, in finance and then in marketing, in Paris and internationally. This career allowed me to develop skills useful to my heart's project, refined throughout these years. I myself was looking for cooking classes to recharge my batteries after days at the office, or to discover the soul of a country during my travels. Always with this growing desire: to return to the essential, to the gesture, to creation and sharing. I cultivated the first intentions of Fondant Cuisine!

 

In 2023, I decided to take the plunge: I trained in the classics of French cuisine with the Atelier des Chefs, I obtained my CAP Cuisine in 2024 with honors, and I worked in a practical immersion restaurant in Bordeaux ( brasserie Le Noailles and bistro La Remoulade ). I even had the chance to be a chef for several months in a bistro ( L'Accolade ) where I managed the kitchen alone, from developing the menu to sending the dishes! A childhood dream come true...

 

At the beginning of 2025, I founded Fondant Cuisine to finally put all my energy into sharing and transmitting my expertise. I now lead gourmet and friendly cooking classes accessible to all—individuals, businesses, or passing visitors—in a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. More than a cooking workshop, I create moments of encounter, new memories, and cohesion around a creative and original activity that emphasizes homemade food.

Group classes are held at partner locations, perfectly equipped to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible, while remaining in a warm, home-like atmosphere.

I also travel to your home or business, depending on your needs!

I welcome you to this atypical place equipped with a professional kitchen within a modern and friendly setting. A large stone room located below the metal mezzanine allows us to gather around a friendly table, in small or very large groups!
