Service Description

During this 3-hour workshop, you will prepare a typical Moroccan menu composed of 3 traditional recipes: - Free-range chicken couscous with spices and seasonal vegetables - Onion tfaya (a Moroccan stew) - Almond and honey briouats (Moroccan pastries) Guided by Brahim, a chef passionate about the cuisine of his childhood and founder of “Les Gazelles de Mona,” you will discover the basics of Moroccan culinary expertise: the use of spices, cooking semolina, and shaping briouats. The workshop will conclude with a friendly tasting of the dishes prepared, accompanied by a glass of mint tea, in a warm and inviting atmosphere. A true culinary journey to the heart of Morocco, accessible to all levels. Minimum of 5 participants Maximum of 8 participants


Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made more than 72 hours in advance will result in a postponement or a credit note. For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, no credit note will be issued except in cases of force majeure. No refunds are possible in the event of cancellation.
