Join Cheffe Émilie for a complete food tour and hands-on cooking class: - Market visit at Le Marché des Capucins, Bordeaux's most iconic food market. Discover local farmers, seasonal products and traditional French ingredients. - Cooking session in a professional workshop. Hands-on workshop where you'll prepare a 3-course French menu (starter, main course, dessert) with classic French techniques (cuts, sauces, cooking methods). - Friendly meal at the table — share the dishes you've prepared with a glass of local wine and a side of stories about Bordeaux's food culture. You'll leave with all recipes by email — a souvenir to recreate the experience back home. Any cancellation made more than 72 hours in advance will result in a postponement or a credit note. For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, no credit note will be issued except in cases of force majeure. No refunds are possible in the event of cancellation.
