Service Description
Learn the techniques of French cuisine through a seasonal menu that changes every three months in a friendly group cooking class in Bordeaux. For three hours, you'll prepare a complete menu (starter, main course, dessert) using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. Under the guidance of Chef Émilie, you'll discover at least four classic techniques: cutting, cooking, making a sauce, and homemade pastry. The highlight of the workshop: a convivial tasting around a large table, with a glass of wine. A true moment of sharing and indulgence, accessible to all levels (beginner or more experienced). Spring Menu (April–June): - Fish ceviche, leche de tigre sauce, pickled red onions - Spinach with béchamel sauce, poached egg, and zucchini fritters - Panna cotta, raspberry coulis, homemade granola The recipes will be sent to you at the end of the class so you can recreate the menu at home. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made more than 72 hours in advance will result in a postponement or a credit note. For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, no credit note will be issued except in cases of force majeure. No refunds are possible in the event of cancellation.
