Service Description
During this 3-hour workshop, you will create a menu consisting of 3 delicious recipes (starter, main course, dessert) using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. Guided by Chef Emilie's tips and tricks, you will learn at least 4 classic French cooking techniques: cutting, cooking, sauce, and dough. You will then share the meal together around a friendly table and a glass of wine. A truly delicious and shared experience, accessible to all levels! On the summer menu: - Eggplant caviar - Stuffed vegetables - Roasted apricot pavlova
