Emilie will bring you to the most typical Bordeaux market: le marché des Capucins. You will get the finest products from local farmers and will bring them back to the kitchen to have a cooking session with advice and techniques from the cheffe. Then you will share all together the freshly cooked and delicious meal you will have prepared, with a glass of local wine. You will then leave with recipes as a souvenir to this exclusive French experience. Menu : - Entrée: organic eggs with herbal mayonnaise - Plat: Roasted Landes farm chicken with sauce beurre blanc, glazed early carrots and fresh peas, gratin dauphinois - Dessert: Choux buns with vanilla chantilly
